- Security Guards provided are well trained in Security duty such as maintenance of law & order, facing labour problems (strikes) and also meet your office requirements like talking on Telephone, checking of IN and OUT material and maintaining all relevant documents, parking of vehicles etc.

- We would require fifteen days notice to provide you the required number of security personnel.

- Please note that the contract will be valid for either side giving a notice of one calendar month or money in lieu terminate minimum of one year periodical.

- In case of theft or loss of any property during the currency of this contract a joint inquiry will be held to investigate a affix responsibility for such loss as also assess the property for which assistance would be provided by us to the law enforcing authorities for apprehending of bringing the culprits to the books.

- In case of loss or damage a joint inquiry will be held to affix responsibility for such loss as also to assess the quantum of loss or damage thereof that need to be written off or compensated.

- Contract would be required to be drawn on a stamp paper of Rs.50/- or Rs.100/- or letter head M.F.L.S.& A.S.

- Rates based on 12 Hours shift basis per month are as appended below.

- The changes under the agreement are based on wages cost of materials and other expenses. If such costs vary and if there is increase in minimum wages, M.F.L.S.A.S. is at liberty to request for an increase in the charges and wages by giving one-month advance notice.
